Erin is a lifelong educator who has taught extensively in both public and private K-6 school settings. She has also served as a university lecturer, a supervisor of teacher education, and a preschool consultant who has who provided trainings and workshops on student engagement, responsive classroom methods, and positive behavioral management.

Ty is a licensed child psychologist and an associate professor of clinical psychology at UC Santa Barbara who focuses on social development and autism research. He has expertise in the development of motivation-based social, behavioral, and mental health interventions for neurodiverse youth.
